Save & reuse

Save your crew locally and export/import so next week takes minutes.

Not legal advice. This tool formats DOL Form WH-347 and performs the arithmetic. You remain responsible for correct labor classifications, prevailing-wage rates, and fringe determinations. Verify against your project's wage determination on SAM.gov before filing.

Questions

Is this the official form?

It prints the WH-347 payroll table and the Statement of Compliance in the standard column layout, with every field the regulation requires — but it is a clean typeset report, not a pixel-for-pixel scan of the DOL PDF. That's allowed: the instructions printed on Form WH-347 itself state that "while completion of Form WH-347 is optional, it is mandatory for covered contractors and subcontractors performing work on Federally financed or assisted construction contracts to respond to the information collection contained in 29 C.F.R. §§ 3.3, 5.5(a)." The information is what's required; the form is one accepted way to present it.

Will my agency accept it?

If they accept a WH-347 you fill in and submit yourself — paper, email, or PDF upload — yes. If your awarding agency requires submission through their own portal (LCPtracker, eBacon, or a state system that only takes keyed-in entries), you must submit there; this tool then serves as your calculator and your own record copy. Check your contract before buying — and use the free calculator first.

Do I need to be online?

Only to buy and download. After that it runs fully offline — a point in its favor for handling SSNs.

Is it a subscription?

No. Pay once, keep the file, use it for as many weeks and projects as you want.

Which states does it cover?

It generates the federal WH-347 used on Davis-Bacon jobs nationwide. You supply the prevailing-wage rates and classifications from your project's wage determination.

What do I actually receive?

A single HTML file. Double-click to open in Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox. Nothing to install.
